Casa Cino Fabiani is a family property built at the beginnings of the last century. It is located in the iconic “Las Peñas” district in the downtown, only 15 minutes away from the airport and the bus station.

The leitmotiv  of the house is art, the area is surrounded by galleries,  theatres, bars and has a vibrant and bohemian night life. This beautiful old wooden building  with natural light,  has five cozy and spacious  bedrooms for you to enjoy the breezes of the Guayas river. This is not a hotel nor a hostel,  you won’t find a concierge,  a television and only some of our rooms are equipped with air conditioning. But, we will give you a warm welcome and provide all the  information you need to enjoy your stay in Guayaquil.
