Our History

The house was built early last century and was acquired in 1934 by Don Luigi CinoSangiovanni, an italian immigrant. His great-grandson, Arnaldo Galvez, is the fourth generation of the family living in this wooden building, heritage of his family and the city.

Since 2009, thanks to Arnaldo’s management, we have hosted several painting exhibitions and plays, all well received. In 2015 Cino Fabiani Art Guesthouse started to welcome in their comfortable and spacious rooms guests who wish to be in the best touristic area of the city and surrounded by history, beauty and art.
